 We were delighted to have been nominated as a finalist in the best Independent Retailer category at the MCV Industry Excellence Awards 2010.These awards are held every year and recognise the top performers within the games industry. Game On was one of five Independent finalists from all over the UK who went to the awards dinner on the 22nd of April in London. The awards were hosted this year by Marcus Brigstocke (the original host Dom Joly was stranded in L.A. due to the disruption caused by the volcanic gas cloud). It was a great evening with over 650 people partying through until 2 a.m. and we are looking forward to a return in the future. The awards celebrate the UK games industry with multiple awards for Developers, PR & Marketing, Distribution, Sales, Publishers and Retail. For full details click here. | ||
